Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process

Note: Shipping the returned products to our factory must be arranged by the customer. Felt & Woolcraft is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and return shipping will be covered by us.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Orders & Wholesale Clients

  • Custom or bulk orders are typically non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
  • For wholesale clients, please contact us before placing a return request to discuss options.
  • Return shipping for wholesale orders must be managed by the buyer.
